Charlie Barnett
Charlie Barnett Saddlery

Charlie Barnett Charlie Barnett started tooling leather when he was 15 years old. As his enthusiasm for the craft increased, he started making saddles and custom leather work.

After becoming comfortable doing custom leather work, Charlie decided to expand his expertise and studied sliver engraving from respected sliversmiths Mark Drain and Diane Scalese. He started fabricating his own buckles, bracelets and custom work. Charlie furthered his horizons with spurs and steel engraving.

Charlie and his wife live in Magrath in southern Alberta. He set up his shop in town after ranching for many years in the Del Bonita area.
